SpaceX Achieves Another Successful Starlink Satellite Launch

On October 26, 2024, SpaceX continued to expand its Starlink internet constellation by launching 22 satellites from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. The mission was carried out using the Falcon 9 rocket, which saw its first stage make a successful return and landing on the drone ship named “Just Read the Instructions” stationed in the Atlantic Ocean. The landing occurred approximately eight minutes following the rocket’s liftoff.

This recent launch is notable as it represents the 19th successful launch and landing of this particular Falcon 9 booster. Impressively, it also marks the 15th time this booster has been used specifically for deploying satellites in the Starlink network. SpaceX’s ongoing efforts to build and enhance its satellite internet service is evident through these repeated and successful uses of their reusable rocket technology.
