According to the lawsuit, Tesla employed AI-generated visuals that closely mimic scenes from “Blade Runner 2049” in their promotion of the new autonomous cybercab. This action suggests an unapproved link with Alcon. Previously, Alcon had rejected a request from Warner Bros to utilize images from the movie for a Tesla event. Alcon raised concerns about the potential for confusion among its brand partners, particularly with the anticipated release of their new series “Blade Runner 2099” on Amazon Prime.
